In addition to concentrating of Home and Insurance inspections since 2008, Thomas has over thirty years of varied business management and administration experience including extensive knowledge and expertise in real estate development and construction from due diligence and feasibility analysis for property acquisition, rezoning, permitting and construction supervision to sales and marketing programs for final products as well as financial reporting from a banking and capitalization standpoint to SEC report preparation. Exceptional talent in corporate restructuring, cash flow management, operational efficiency, profitability analysis, commercial insurance, computerized accounting system implementation and training as well as preparation of programming design specifications for custom accounting, inventory and order entry applications. In-depth knowledge of a wide variety of industries including building construction, real estate development, employee leasing, commercial automotive financing, agriculture, commercial trucking, and internet based businesses. Clients have included small residential and commercial construction businesses to a $15 million road and utilities construction company and a $10 million internet based closeout reseller to a $500 million, international specialty products distribution entity and a Fortune 500 food service equipment distributor.

    Mark has an extensive background in Construction of commercial projects as estimator, project superintendent and project manager.  Mark has worked exclusively in the home and insurance inspections industry for the last 3 years.
