Inspections
We at Brine Development Services hold various licenses including State Certified General Contractor, State Certified Home Inspector, Florida General Lines Insurance Agent, Florida Life, Health and Variable Annuities Insurance Agent, Florida Independent Insurance Adjuster. We hold various national certifications such as member in good standing of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and Lifetime Certified Member of the U.S. Green Building Council as a LEED AP (Associate Professional) with a Specialty in Building Design and Construction.
For over 30 years we have been involved in many aspects of construction and land development from residential subdivision development, home construction, commercial office buildings and marinas.
The combination of these certifications, licenses and experience make us uniquely qualified to perform property inspections of only the highest quality. We do not merely look around, we know what to look for and how to evaluate our observations to insure positive attributes are acknowledged and negative issues are properly evaluated and rated as to significance.
When performing insurance inspections, we understand how to analyze potential liability issues and damage assessment claims.
For commercial and lender inspections, since we have been involved many different areas of construction and development, we know the pitfalls and how to properly evaluate whether a project has progressed far enough to justify the draw being requested without jeopardizing a lender’s/owner’s position to insure that there are enough remaining funds to complete the project.
